By using our platform and engaging with Virtual Commodities, you agree to comply with this Policy.
What Are Virtual Commodities?
Virtual Commodities refer to digital goods, services, or currencies that can be used within the Khrimisay ecosystem. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Virtual currency (e.g., tokens, coins): A form of digital currency that can be purchased, traded, and used for transactions within the platform.
- Virtual goods (e.g., digital items, skins, avatars, etc.):Non-physical products available for use or trade within the platform.

Purchasing Virtual Commodities
- Virtual Commodities may be purchased with real currency (e.g., credit card, PayPal) or other forms of payment accepted on the platform. The price of Virtual Commodities is subject to change without notice.
- All purchases of Virtual Commodities are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the platform’s terms.
- You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with the purchase of Virtual Commodities.
Usage of Virtual Commodities

- If a Virtual Commodity is discontinued, users may be offered a substitute or a refund, at the platform’s discretion.
No Ownership Rights
- Virtual Commodities are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not confer any ownership rights. They are licensed for use within the platform under the terms of this Policy and the platform’s Terms of Service.
- The purchase of Virtual Commodities does not grant you any intellectual property rights, ownership, or control over the platform’s content or assets.

Limitation of Liability
